I done my research and the job I found was Assistant Football Coach. This job has you working under the direct supervision of the Head Football Coach and Director of Athletics while also, being responsible for coaching, recruiting and monitoring academic success of the student-athletes within the program and academic issues. I would be great for this position because I volunteer at a local charter high school coaching for the football program and I played the sport at the college level. As far as skills/attributes goes you need to have the knowledge of the game and experience of coaching along with an bachelor’s degree with adequate professional preparation for successful coaching and team management. Moving forward I must work on getting my bachelor’s degree in the related field.
