In this project I will be Noticing and observing movement in the world around me, and writing three pages of reflection. I feel comfortable and hopefully I will do it properly. Over three days I was able to witness and taking notes for 15 elements around me. I started to go out more in order to find all these element. I wrote bellow about five different elements in details

On my first day, early in the morning I was on my way to flight school and noticed something interesting to me even before I got to the airport. I noticed the training planes hovering in the sky around the airport area and the sounds of their propellers and engines piercing the air. Each plane performs a different action rather that is roll, pitch, or yaw according to its altitude or location from the runway. The thing they all have in common is the left turn rule. All aircraft are obligated not to turn to the right in the airspace of the airport. Airplanes enter the airspace at high speed and then begin to gradually reduce speed until landing. All pilots are work under the pressure of time, every flight is only five minutes away from the other. I saw them turn off the airplanes, refueling it and prepared it for the next flight in a rush.

On the same day, immediately after the flight training class, I went to the car maintenance workshop in order to change my car tires. The cashier was sitting in a relatively comfortable office in front of the computer, and had to touch the keyboard with his finger only. Then he and his team started to finish my car. Space was my car, which they surrounded from all sides and circled around it with fast steps, like bees circling around the hive. They remove the four wheels and replace them with another in record time. The task took only 15 minutes of their time, then the cashier came back to me with a smile on his face and handed me the car key wishing me a happy day

In the evening, the roommate was preparing dinner. He was preparing the Kabsa, a traditional Saudi dish. I sat in the middle of the living room watching him and taking notes. He was nervous, afraid of failing. He moves quickly between the edges of the kitchen for a moment, in front of the pot, then in front of the warehouse, then raises the phone to call of his mother about the steps of cooking. the amount of space that was used is the entire kitchen. He was standing in the kitchen watching chicken and rice for 40 minutes straight. After finishing the cooking, he was very exhausted and devoid of strength.

The next day, in the middle of the day, under the sun, the hot month of July. I was watching the swimming pool from the window of my room. People run around it and others jump inside it. What really catches my attention is the water and the way it moves. It is difficult to describe the movement of the water, but it was closer to successive waves or vibrations. The space of the action was the pool itself. The speed of the water was variable, so it became very fast when someone jumped in it, and then it seemed to slow down. if there are people in the pool, the speed of the water is proportional to their speed.

On the third day, on my way back from my friend's house, I took a wrong turn, which eventually led me to a large cowshed. I stopped for a while so I could watch the cows. The movement of the cows was very slow, tediously, they would take one step, then after two minutes they would take the other and in between the two steps they would have their head bowed and cuddle in the grass. The cows were free to use the full amnount of the barn, moving around freely and choosing their own eating areas. I sat and watched the cows for ten minutes and were doing the same thing over and over. Take a step and then stand for a few minutes to eat. I think she'll keep doing the same thing all day, but I'm gone because I can't stand the smell of jet-pens and I'm getting bored.

To some up, over the past three days, I've learned something very important. The only thing is that everything around you is moving in a specific pattern. Even the least moving things like leaves, if you look at them, you will find that they fulfill the five elements, body, action, space, time, and energy. To be honest, the project was very boring. I had to watch boring things for long periods of time and sometimes I came out without results. Also, your completion period is short and put me under pressure and fear of not completing it on time
