The undertaking will have various periods of the life cycle. The business will give all the prerequisites that are required for the undertaking then the business experts will gather all the necessities and set up a report for the task. PMO should organize with all the groups during the task to meet the given timings. At that point, the specialized group will begin building up the given necessities and ensure they are meeting the business prerequisites.
