· The ADA, when it was passed in 1990, was hailed as the most sweeping civil rights legislation in decades.

· How is the ADA similar to laws protecting other marginalized minority groups (people of color, women, those identifying as LGBTQ, etc.)? How is it different?

· Who are the stakeholders and what, specifically, is at stake?

· What are the challenges of considering disability as a unified minority group when it comes to advocacy and legislation like Section 504 and ADA?
