· An analysis of resources for your company or organization

· For example, do you need more personnel? A larger budget for training?

· Be sure to relate this analysis back to the size of your organization and the mission or business objectives.

· An analysis of your company or organization’s backup capability

· Be sure to tie this into the distribution of work and tasks in the Incident Response Plan.

· Discuss either what activities certain roles should take on, or the possibility of outsourcing certain functions or roles.
