COURSE DESCRIPTION This course provides an overview of securing an organisation’s business assets based on risk management approach. Students will develop an understanding of the risk and defense mechanism for network, application, physical, and wireless security. Students will gain insight into the

fundamental concepts of modern cryptography and its applications in cybersecurity, along with aspects of footprinting and social engineering. Students will gain an understanding of the steps and processes of network defense.

COURSE OUTCOME Upon successful completion of the course, students will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement and a Digital Badge, a recognised online token validating the student’s accomplishments.
