I want to do a book review
CWB Part A: First book reviews: (1000 Words)
The book review should include the following (explained in your own words):
1. The bibliographic citation for the book; author, title, publication information, etc….
2. Summary of the content (the main issue or topic of focus of the book;
the central argument(s) of the book; the supporting arguments or evidence;
whether alternative arguments or viewpoints were considered in the book the
author’s viewpoint, methodology, and perspective; the conclusions reached by the
book; How has this book helped you understand the subject? etc…
3. A critical evaluation of the content; what you consider to be the significance of the
book; the appropriateness of the book’s argument(s), The book’s strengths and
weaknesses etc…...
The student may respect this structure for the review:
Introduction
The body with The main arguments or issues of the book
The book’s strengths and weaknesses
