CVI Leadership Academy Capstone Presentation
Deliverable Overview
A synthesized presentation and written brief that clearly communicates the capstone project in a compelling, actionable, and easy-to-share format. Together, these deliverables should demonstrate both the urgency and the issue and the strength of the proposed solution in a way that resonates with partners, funders, and stakeholders
Assignment Steps
Part 1: Final Pitch - Prepare a 5–7 minute presentation that communicates the core components of your project, including the issue being addressed, the proposed solution, the implementation plan, anticipated impact, budget considerations, and the resources or supports required for success.
Part 2: Two-Pager - Develop a high-level written summary of your project that is visually engaging, concise, and easy to skim. The document should capture the problem, solution, and intended outcomes, while serving as a tool that can be shared in meetings, during pitches, or with potential partners and funders.
