1. Some of the healthcare ethical principles to be put in place to cab the challenges experienced in patient relationship with the health care workers include respect for autonomy which is described as medical ethics needed in the respect for the decisions of patients in order to make vital agreements. In health care, it's vital for patients to be given the right to make medical decisions after being equipped with the information about their health needs. Doctors must respect the decisions of the patient concerning his or her health. The applicable theory is the beneficence ethics theory whereby the principle of beneficence lies on the concept of the moral obligation to act in the best interests of others by providing benefits and balancing the advantages and disadvantages.

2. The part of the AHA's patient care partnership document that would be key in this scenario are high quality health care. Healthcare units which are part of the American Hospital Association focus on providing high quality care, and a clean and safe surrounding. In addition, the patient should be involved in making decisions about his health.

3. The ACHE code of ethics that would apply to this scenario would be the healthcare executive's roles. This code requires physicians to be honest, have integrity, respectful, fair and show faith to improve the patient’s loyalty.

4. Possible Solutions would be by promoting diagnosis. High quality care begins with an accurate diagnosis. When a patient goes to see a doctor, the patient should be assured that he or she will get high quality healthcare services. This makes it more important to have a robust and meaningful decision-making procedure for diagnosis and improved patient outcomes.
