CURRICULUM

In this module, we are putting the finishing pieces on our unit plans and exploring curriculum design and implementation of your unit.  For this discussion be sure to complete all readings:

Once you feel comfortable with the resources write a paper 1 ½ pages using the readings above (NO OUTSIDE RESOURCES) that analyzes:

· What information in these resources was helpful to you in creating your unit plan?

· What did you learn that you didn't know before?

· How has this information impacted your thinking about the final design of your lesson plans and unit?

· Do you think given what you've learned in this course that you would be interested in developing curriculum (not just individual units) for your future school? Why or why not?

· Go back to the first discussion in Module 1 - look at your post regarding what you thought lesson planning and curriculum was about - how accurate were you?  What's changed about your thinking? What knowledge have you added or confirmed?
