You are an investigative reporter for a Newsletter assigned to report on a current event within the past

four months related to topics covered in Biology 121. You must write a small five-page report (1 title;

3 content; 1 reference) on a current event which should include the following:

1. The purpose of the project

2. Select a current event of your choice and explain why

3. Report on its impact/ contributions

4. Use at least 3-4 references (APA format)

5. PowerPoint Presentation (5-10 slides) posted in Brightspace (template). Please

feel free to change the template as required.

6. Submit the report via folder; turn in a hardcopy of the report and a copy of the

article

7. Complete and turn in the survey below

Format for the report includes 5-page maximum, typed, double–spaced, font 12 using Times New

Roman, 1-inch margins top, bottom, left, and right.

DUE DATE: July 17 2023, and PowerPoint Posting July 27, 8:00 AM 2023.

Total Points= 50 (20 report+30 PowerPoint)

Late papers WILL NOT be accepted.
