Culture Comparison Paper

Compare your culture to Canada’s. Think in particular of Human Resource practices after reading

Chapter 2 in the textbook. Think about any experiences you have had with Canadian workers and their

behaviours.

Then in approximately 1000 words write a short essay that identifies the differences or lack

thereof between your culture and Canada’s in terms of human behaviour in the workplace.

You may

focus on human resource practices, ethics, or other aspects of work

place business activities.

Please note that the term “culture” used here is in reference to human culture in its broadest sense, not

corporate culture as identified in organizational behaviour texts, though corporate cultures do often

reflect their culture

of origin.

To assist you in developing your perspective, read

at least

of the following:
