Population trends in developed countries:
Low birth rates.
Increased longevity.
More retirees, less workers.
Need for immigrants.

Developing countries:
High birth rates.
Improving medical condtions.
Lower mortality rates.
Higher unemployment.
People need to immigrate to find jobs.

Both the US and the EU will have more retirees.
Immigrants are needed to fill lower level jobs.
Mexicans coming to US because of their small economy and large birthrate.
AGE DIVERSITY
- Developed countries: large percentage of elderly people.

SEXUAL ORIENTATION DIVERSITY
Data on sexual orientation is unreliable.
We suspect though with growth rates the number of people with diverse sexual orientations is growing.
People of different sexual orientations need to be protected in the workforce.
