Purpose: The purpose of this assessment is to provide an opportunity to participants for

developing real-life proposal of a new CSR project.

Rationale: The success of any project depends on effective planning and proposal

development. This assignment will test participant’s ability to apply the

concepts of the Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Sustainability.

Key Deliverables: You are required to develop a CSR proposal on pre-determined format.

Proposal may have any of following areas or a combination of different areas.

• Education

• Employment

• Youth

Contents: The proposal must cover the following topics:

• Project Summary o Title of the project o Objectives of Project o Targeted group of the project proposal o Geographical area of execution of project o Socio-economic status of the area o Reason for selecting that area o Expected outcome/benefits of the project o Human resources needed

o Logistic support needed

• Activities & Schedule (Approximate)

• Project Budget (Approximate)

• Project Impact (H – High; M – Medium; L – Low)

• Benefits to Society

• Benefits to Sponsor
