Community Capacity Building Plan
In every community, every member has the strength, skills, and capacity to solve problems and act collectively and creatively to benefit their community. The following methods of capacity building to be used are training centers, exposure visits, office and documentation support, on-job training, and creating program SOP’s. Community capacity building is the interaction of organization resources, social and human capital existing in the community. This can be operated through an organized and informal social process. Below is the community capacity building plan for CSC.

Progressive Employment Program (PEP) |
The organization provides employed youths in a 3 week PEP program and job placements, mainly male youths. This helps to reduce poverty, idleness, and immorality, Family-oriented strength-based case management, follow-up support to facilitate job retention, and more pertinent services through a referral that comes with services offered at CSC. This helps the organization to provide a wide range of services to the community. |

Soccer Youth Diversion Program |
To keep the youth off the streets. The organization is engaged in childhood, particularly males, in soccer youth diversion initiatives. In addition, the organization organizes football tournaments using the high school health curriculum (HSHC). This program also provides the youths with a wide range of other life skills through CSC. This program helps the child to identify their talents, skills, be actively engaged, and keep them away from drug abuse. |

Violence Intervention Services |
With the help of the Organized Network of Services for Everyone (ONSE), the organization provides violence intervention services and initiatives. The organization engages the community through violence interception and interruption, community engagement, critical incident protocol, school-based education, and peacekeeping. In addition, the organization organizes incident meetings with community members, cooldown activities that help the community to build collective efficacy and heal from violence. |

Youth Gang Intervention |
With the help of the Office of Juvenile and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), the organization provides a youth gang intervention program. This program is focused on decreasing gang violence incidences, violence escalation, and retaliatory violence by intercepting, interrupting, and preventing potential youth gang violence. The organization's program activities include engaging the community through violence interception and interruption, community engagement, critical incident protocol, school-based educational and peacekeeping, and sports like soccer that help youths divert from gang involvement. In addition, the organization coordinates with multi-agency gang intervention, private sectors, law enforcers, and other community organizations to accomplish this program. |

With the help (OJJDP), the organization provides youth gang suppression and violence diversion services and program. This program is focused on suppressing youth gangs. The organization program activities include engaging the community through violence interception and interruption, community engagement, critical incident protocol, school-based education. In addition, the organization organizes incident meetings with community members, cooldown activities that help the community to build collective efficacy and heal from violence. |
Leadership impacts performance and performance impacts growth. Growth will not happen if people do not perform. Effective leadership builds more effective people, teams, and organizations. I have listed the three most significant capacity-building activities CSC.
* Peer Learning
Peer learning is one of the best ways for nonprofits to improve their capabilities.
* Leadership Development
Without proper leadership, it is hard to imagine an organization doing well.
* Collaboration Planning
This includes fundraising, training centers, exposure visits, office and documentation support, on-job training, and consultations.
At the individual level:
Training: One-on-one or group training, whether face-to-face or online, can increase personal knowledge and skills surrounding an issue.
Mentorships: Mentoring provides intensive, personalized guidance and builds knowledge and skills.
