In Brazil exactly in the year of 2013 if there was a fact, a fact that the police used the favela to search and apprehend traffickers and drugs, but they ended up making the mistake of arresting a bricklayer whose name was Amarildo, and after the police take them, this citizen was never seen again. If we analyze data from the Brazilian police, more than 1260 people have already been killed by the police, this is a showy and alarming number, this is extremely against human rights. If we look at the multi-human countries, women in those countries have no right, freedom or power to do anything, in each country there is an enormous need to put human rights in balance and thus build better countries.
In the fateful case of 9/11 in New York in the USA, it gives us a clear dimension that many people in this world are being murdered or suffering damage, due to different religious, political or personal beliefs. In the USA, he believes that human rights are based on the following factors, the right to speak, the right to vote, the right to follow his own religion with freedom.
What happens in the world today is that each country has its conviction about human rights, which makes it a complicated issue for the debate, because Western countries believe that human rights are: right to vote, right to speak, right to follow your religion with freedom. And in Islamic countries, they believe that human rights are determined by political and cultural barriers. There is a different existence in the rules for men and women.
In Brazil it is believed that for very innocent people to stop being killed, human rights should be internationalized, just as it is already done in the USA. This law can and should protect citizens from any discrimination, violation and mental or physical torture whatever it may be, as every citizen must have the right to live a free life. Anyone has the right to enjoy a free life, to have the right to life and security.
This case originated in July 2013 and ended in 2016, but at the end of the case the body of the citizen Amarildo was never found. In the favelas of Rio de Janeiro, the UPP system was implemented, and this system worked to verify the activities of police officers within the favela, whether they acted with extreme force or even on certain occasions with brutality. The Amarildo case was a case that aroused attention and opened the population's eyes to police abuses, Souza had his reports collected and he was released shortly after, more than a few months later he was declared missing, and then the case was concluded as a homicide carried out by the police.
The introduction of EEOC and the media has the same point of view. Mrs. Silva is willing to not let this house pass without finding a punishment for those who committed this crime, his family is sure that the police killed him and then disappeared with his body. The UN acknowledged that its arguments should be more specific and should include party states, so the UN was aware that its presentation should require a Devouring of the International Convention on Civil and Political Rights. With this advance, local laws were achieved and consolidated, and changes were made to the inhabitants of their nation through the courts. This gives the same meaning as the European nations that embrace the rights undifferentiated in the European Convention on Human Rights. An example in the Human Rights Act practices in the United Kingdom with a case law of creation. A quote not mentioned in the article is based on the European Court of Human Rights.
