Examine the significance of alternatives to cash bail bonds from your research in the e-activity. Then choose two alternatives and discuss whether you believe that these alternatives prevent the punishment of the poor or discuss why you believe that cash bail bonds do not punish the poor. Provide a rationale for your response.

The to alternative to cash bail bonds would be to use go pro shock collars this will let some one know if the defendant has violated his bond agreement , granted it’s not a very friendly way but it beats having to sit around in jail cause your poor, there is also another way for non violent offenders to get bail without using cash, increased use of citations instead of arrest and booking this replaces the cash bail system with risk assessment and risk based supervision and expand the use of citation in lieu of custodial arrest.
