Overview:

Leaders of correctional organizations/agencies are responsible for making important

decisions on issues that affect their organization internally and impact the broader

community. When faced with these difficult decisions, having good judgment is

paramount, increasing the need for leaders to consider the agency's vision, mission,

goals, and stakeholders to find the optimal solution.

The Final Course Project will be completed in four (4) parts:

• Course Project, Part 1 Name of Agency (Unit 2)

• Course Project, Part 2 Agency Head (Unit 5)

• Course Project, Part 3 Agency Mission (Unit 7)

• PowerPoint Presentation (Unit 8)

Instructions:
