Part 1: Respond to the following:
The United States offers those accused of committing a crime several rights. These rights consist of the right to counsel, the right to remain silent, the right to a trial by a jury, and the right to bail.
If you were on trial for committing a crime, specify the one right you would be most willing to give up and the one right you could not give up.
Having given up your chosen right, predict what impact having done so would have on the court proceedings.

The right that I would most willing to give up is the right to bail. The right that I would not give up is the right to cancel.
Having given up your chosen right, predict what impact having done so would have on the court proceedings.
By giving up the right to bail, there will be no effect on the court proceedings due to I will be incarcerated brought to court in person by the jailors or attend via video. If there is an impact it would be that I will be apart of the overpopulation in the jail. There's a chance that I will be add on the earliest available docket.
