Hello Class, 

 Things like technology, uniforms, operations, and stations change throughout the eras.Uniforms change from dark blue too light blue due too riots thinking that it would make the officers seem more friendly. However after they changed the uniform color, we started too get terrorist acts. When they started too happen they changed the uniforms back too dark blue. I do not think the uniforms mattered at all during the years.  

I think the technology is what changed drastically. I think the technology made things easier for victims and active officers. Made it easier too collect and hold data and made it easier for the victim too make a report on the suspect. 

Over the years, police brutality made a impact of officers.

Started too cause movements like these above. This became an issue because these are the people the community are supposed too trust too solve too handle their issues, however now people barely want to report thinking that the police wont do anything or would just hurt them.
