There are risk factors that cause Alzheimer's disease. One of them is alterations in genetics of an individual interact actively modulating the pathogenesis and risk of the onset of Alzheimer's disease. The homozygosity of apolipoprotein E Type 4 allele also known as APOE-4 is one of the main causes of Alzheimer's disease. This type of gene is a cholesterol transport protein mainly found individuals that have earliest symptoms of Alzheimer's disease or may have experienced it in early stages of their lives. Generations of people with a history of sporadic forms of Alzheimer's disease are susceptible to this risk factor. this gene causes hyperlipoproteinemia. Accumulation of apolipoprotein E Type 4 allele causes memory disorders such as Alzheimer's disease. Interaction of this gene and fatty acids such as omega 3 causes alteration of metabolic reactions of the action of n-3 PUFA, Impaired transport of cholesterol of the apolipoprotein E Type 4 allele through modification of its functioning as well as increased interaction of long chain n-3 PUFA with APOE-4 resulting in a potential effect on cognitive decline. Regular exercise is also help in modifying risk factors associated with homozygosity APOE-4 allele. This is mainly through aerobic exercises that attenuate development for neuro degenerative disorders and loss of brain matter due to effects of age and reduced neural plasticity.

Summary

This article is written with the sole purpose of addressing the challenges of defining the profession of couple, marital and family therapists.

The field of couple, marital and family therapy has strengthened and evolved over the years but still has problems based on comprehensive scholar resources, name brand recognition and identity.

The article is aimed at giving a deeper understanding and description of the effective role of this kind of therapist based on integrated healthcare systems, mental health, value of practicing this type of therapy, physical health issues and giving a clear direction for the policies, research purposes, theory and practice.

The Alzheimer's disease can be prevented through the consumption of foods that contain high levels of omega-3 as well as practicing good lifestyle activities such as maintaining recommendable healthy weight depending on your height through exercises and appropriate diet, avoid smoking among other practices.omega-3 is a type of fat located in the protective skin found around the cell and it's membrane. The human body is able to generate omega-3 but in small portions that's why it is important to obtain it from our diet.

A good example of foods that contain omega-3 is oily fish such as tuna, mackerel, salmon and herring which have extremely high levels of omega-3. This type of fat is important for our brains as it helps in cognitive development of infants as well as maintain memory capacity in adults. Brain cells that contain adequate levels omega-3 have better communicating abilities with other cells of a body which is important in the body functioning and processes of the brain functioning. these functions range from cell growth to muscle activities and mental development. this type of nutrient is essential.

Summary

Couples, marital and family therapists help with the diagnosis, reimbursement and treatment of individuals within a family, marriage or couple.

They should be fully committed to building identity through adequate training and continued education that helps to develop better practitioners. To achieve recognition it is important for the therapist to devote significant organizational, intellectual and financial resources to make it possible.

Therapists of this kind have a role of identifying and responding to the wide range of diversity within this field.

Acceptance of diversity will yield  realization that impacts individuals that are under therapy.

Issues arise when trying to define the profession of the therapist who has specialized in this field as they are mostly identified through the individual present to receive therapy instead of describing the therapist in a conceptualized perception.

Critique

Analytically, the article expounds on the importance of identifying and therapist during the couple, marital and family therapy.

The therapists open face problems and difficulties when defining the profession in which they fit in based on integrated Healthcare systems.

Through a modality perception, several people will analyze the profession based on the person receiving therapy instead of a conceptualized understanding.

In addition, omega-3 enriched diets result in significant levels of brain derived neurotrophic factors. This type of neurotrophic that plays a significant role in the development, plasticity and maintenance of neuron survival.

Critique

I have been able to develop a more comprehensive and accurate description of a profession through the value the therapist gives the individual based on mental health, solutions to physical health problems, giving analytical directions to necessary policies, research findings, practice and theoretical aspects.

Critically, we cannot ignore the disconnect between this type of therapy and perceptions of Healthcare that may bring challenges in treatment.

Couples, marital and family therapy are often faced with the pressure of forgery and identity that will differentiate them and give them a unique brand as trained professionals in a specialized field.

In addition, omega-3 enriched diets result in significant levels of brain derived neurotrophic factors. This type of neurotrophic that plays a significant role in the development, plasticity and maintenance of neuron survival.

Conclusion

The article is important as it sheds light on the need to identify couple, marital and family counsellors separate from other therapists within this field. This type of therapy requires organizational, financial and intellectual resources in order to accomplish and maintain recognition.

Throughout the years, couples, marital and family therapists have been able to achieve legal recognition recently in comparison to other mental health professionals.

They have been able to give and demonstrate a more unique and systemic intervention on the family level which is valuable to every family member that requires therapy.

The therapy treatment approach effectively describes the role of this kind of a therapist through the value they give in relation to physical and mental health issues, giving and identifying proper policies and theories necessary for understanding and identifying the therapist separate from other mental health practitioners.

In addition, omega-3 enriched diets result in significant levels of brain derived neurotrophic factors. This type of neurotrophic that plays a significant role in the development, plasticity and maintenance of neuron survival.
