Incorporate into your answer experiences you may have had in looking for a job. (companies that continue to use paper/manuel hiring processes are annoying. I feel they are unprepared, unfamiliar with technology or lack care in my hiring process. I dislike applying to an organization and I have to filter through different interviews at different times with different people. I feel they should be at once with all parties involved. Some processes are also drawn out. I understand they want to hire the right person to ensure quality but first impressions mean a lot as I will always think of how my hiring process went.
Human resource employees carry a massive role within every organization and is not limited to logistics only. When an organization grows in production more so employees involved with the rise in capital, guidelines and procedures must be adhered to. By identifying a need for a new logistician, human resources is notified along with need to know parties.
