The counseling should come from Management team, specialists, or professional counselors,

*They would need to first introduce themselves and explain the situation

*Advise - on different types of solutions or offer further assistance if any employee might need it

*Listen-counselor should be able to listen well

*Reassure - that the management team is actively working on finding solutions to the issue as well as responsible people

*Communicate - with everyone of what the next steps will be

*Release emotional tension - with different activities including team meetings, release exercises and others.

*Reorientation – the goal of having counseling for employees is to make sure that they are informed of the situation, they want to be heard of what their concerns are and to have the reassurance that everything will be taken care of.
