Crime against a person

There are different degrees (also called levels) of homicide. For this week's paper, evaluate the four levels of homicide and research a homicide case:

· Define the necessary elements for each type of homicide and identify the differences between each of the four.

· Provide an example of each degree of homicide as part of your explanation.

· Then, research a homicide case and provide a summary of the facts and the result in the case. Do you agree with the result? Why or why not?
