A Project Plan for the execution of the data collection tool is prepared that helps to define the management summary document. It is basically concern about the basics of a project in terms of its objectives and explanation and the processes of achieving the objectives. By using project control techniques, each project management function are to be accomplished (Koivupalo et al., 2015). For developing Request for Proposal (RFP), data are collected and compared. The project plan will grow through continuous stages of the project lifecycle. This paper includes milestones which must be capable of validation by meeting all of the items arranged in a describing checklist as agreed with the stakeholders. Industries have to implement the data collection tool for project tracking and management processes to support in the management of the project plan, changes, issues, risks, quality and status reporting.
Every firm must have to use location planning techniques. Numerous aspects that influence location positioning such as the location of raw materials, nearness to the market, climate, and culture. After determining these all factors, one company should identify potential countries and examine the pros and cons of founding operations in these countries. As well as the cost analysis is also very important and it includes a part of project planning. Depending on the location, fixed cost or variable cost must be determined. There is also another type of cost is present i.e. transportation cost. It is responsible for location decisions. Risk assessments must be conducted and submitted to construction safety phasing plans (Dunant et al., 2018).
So, the project planning tool must contain information like – finding steps when making location decisions, what should not be considered by the risk corporation during the planning of a location? Qualitative factors and Qualitative factors for determining an ideal location, the role of transportation model to solve the cost problem.
