Abstract

This paper talks about the mobile application advanced issues during the development and managing the project and also the risks face in the mobile application project. This paper gives information on the three risks which includes the risk name, category, scope, resource or schedule and mitigation measures for the risk.

Introduction

Building and developing an mobile application these days is common and it is becoming basic necessary for the users or customers in order to make the work more easy on the smart phones. The organization make few decision such as building mobile application which needs both good development and also marketing strategies in order to have more usage. Mobile application involves lots of efforts and at the same it also involves risks during the time of development.

Identification of three risks and description of measures which would be taken to prevent risk.

Risk 1: Making unpredicted assumptions on the mobile app which will work good after going live.

Scope:

Risk 2: Not having good User Interface

Risk 3: Not having security measures.
