Purpose of Assignment

Students identify a realistic opportunity from the workplace that would require a project. Through completion of the assignment, students demonstrate their understanding of how to develop a high-level project plan. Students should use the Microsoft® PowerPoint® template to guide them through the project plan development process.

The Project Management Plan consists of 17 to 25 slides and is appropriate for the audience.

The presentation includes relevant media and visual aids that are consistent with the content.
