You must analyze each line in the WBS and list the activities necessary to complete each deliverable. Then, assign resources (people) to each activity and estimate the duration of work hours for each activity. There are three levels in this WBS; level 1: the project name, level 2: the summary tasks, level 3: the subtasks.  Every level needs to be expanded on by at least one subtask (except level 1). This means there will be, at most, four levels in this WBS. Level 2 summary tasks are common and will have well known subtasks so be on the look out for these activities in the book. Also, we should think about what tasks/work needs to be done to meet the requirements we chose in the scope statement.
