FASHION MAGAZINE Articles

1. Editorial article requirements:

· Must be original articles based on research.

· An article must be a minimum of two pages.

Please identify both your original article & your original advertisement with a post it note & your name.

· Photos for articles do not need to be original but can be found on the internet but source must be cited.

2. The following are some suggested topics:

· Lifestyle articles (must include fashion)

· Fashion trends

· Biography of fashion personality or other celebrity who influences fashion

· Interview with up and coming designer/ retailer/manufacturer/fashion professional

· Store opening

· New product launch

· Subjects of specific interest to this target group

3. Writing guidelines

· Write in sentence case punctuation not in all caps.

· Article must be a minimum of two pages.

· Articles must be supported with photographs and/or graphics. Photos must have sources identified.

· Article must be space to fit the two pages. (There cannot be large spaces of blank paper at the bottom.)

· Please spellcheck.

· Place the articles in the middle of the magazine not the first or final two pages.

· Do NOT write in all caps.
