Textbook (see two attached picture) discusses a shifting work paradigm (work from home) brought about by the coronavirus pandemic. Review the case study and choose 1 of the following 3 positions to advocate for as a solution for the corporate staff (traditional office workers) in a large enterprise that primarily operates in urban cities:

1. Adopt a remote work policy where employees can choose to work remotely all of the time.

2. Adopt a hybrid model where employees must come into the office at least 3 days a week (this is the most common hybrid model).

3. Adopt a traditional model where employees must come into the office 5 days a week.

• Clearly state your adopted position - no waffling, maybe, or it could be this or that

• Provide at least 2 compelling, well-developed supporting arguments for your position.

• Defend your chosen position against the alternatives (why is your chosen position better?)

• Incorporate at least 2 external sources in either your supporting arguments or your defense against other positions

• Provide appropriate in-text citations when you cite those external sources • Provide a bibliography • You can use any readily identifiable citation,bibliography style

Important Note: Do not adopt any position other than the 3 listed above. Although there are many other potential positions on this issue, we need to place boundaries on this.
