JOB: Beauty Retailer University Trainer:  Looking to hire a Education Partner for Beauty to be responsible for developing beauty expertise across all Sephora worlds (Makeup, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare) for our Retail Store Teams They will lead the pathway and program development for all beauty related education including analysis, design, deployment, implementation, and evaluation.  This role will drive education strategies to support unique Service Culture and DNA whilst ensuring standards are met through retail pathways, programs, and retail beauty services–supporting the achievement of sales plan plus the skills development of store teams.
