RE: APPLICATION FOR FUND-RAISING ACTIVITY SUPPORT
To Whom this may concern:
I am a case manager at For-Profit Organization working on a Group Home Grant Project whose called “No Child Left Behind” and the main aim is to provide financial support to adulthood attained children with no financial support and providing support to facilities of children who ail on chronic diseases such as asthma, Aids and diabetes. My aim in writing this letter is to request for financial assistance that will raise funds which will enable my project to be a success.
After doing a lot of research I have found that an increased number of children spend sleepless nights out on cold environment and since they are innocent children they all require a safe and secure place that will build their future. Some of the children in the resident placements have no family or any other kind of basic support and due to this am pleading for any kind of funding from families who are willing to be foster parents to these children.
Most of the children are aging out of foster care and turning the age of 21, coming out to the world with no education or job experience will lower their self-esteem. My project aims at building a lot of group places or homes for these children where they will obtain an independent living hence equipping them with ways of being dependent.
Looking at the number of groups' home around, I discovered there are no group homes of the females and only a limited number for the male. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please feel free to give us a call Monday-Friday from 8:30am- 5:00p. We can also be reached via email at [email protected]. I hope a lot of agencies, and companies, families looking forward to being foster parents and other aiders will come out and help towards my project.
Looking forward to your kind consideration and support. Thank you.
Yours Faithfully,
Arroxxiccia Thomas

Abstract
I am Arroxxiccia Thomas a case manager at For-Profit Organization, working on a Group Homes Grant Project which aims at raising funds that will be of support to homeless youths and children. Potential funders and aiders can use my e-mail address for communication since it's an easier and immediate means of interaction. This organization saw that a lot of children and youths suffered a lot due to the lack of support both financially and emotionally and also the number of adolescents' children in resident placements had highly increased. For-Profit Organization Discovered there is a need to serve or help children from a residential setting who are stepping down to a lower care level and a need to cover an independent mode of living to adolescents who are aging out or turning the age of 21 (Kramer-Simpson, & Simpson, S.2018).
Group Home Grant Project targets a population of 500 people whose are a mixture of needy children and youths both males and females. This aims at offering a sanctuary or a place where the targeted population will view it as their home for a period of one year. Most of these homeless and needy children have inferior or low self-esteem because of lack of family love, education and financial support hence the project also aims at developing and raising their self-esteem within a period of one year in order to enable them to feel being at the same level with other children from other well-off families. The final aim of the project is to provide work experience to children turning 21 or children who are aging out of foster care within a one-year period.
Through offering a one-year sanctuary for these children, the project objective is to encourage the youths and children to have self-dependence and being taught of how to manage their own homes. The developed self-esteem will improve their emotional and physical health hence reducing a lot of financial expense that will be directed for health purposes. By providing job experience, a lot of youths will be able to take care of them financially which will reduce the burden in the residential placements.
At the end Group Homes Grant Project, the organization's end product is to see whether the offered sanctuary has encouraged independents to the residents, physical and emotional health improvement to the targeted youths after one year self-esteem development and lastly whether the adolescents have lessened burden in the residential place by the provision of one year job experience (Kramer-Simpson, & Simpson, S.2018).
After coming up with a budget worksheet, the grand total direct cost amounts to $51,300. This cost covers all requested workforce salary and fringe benefits and all other expenses within the project course. The subtotal of direct cost requested salary $31,000 and requested fringe benefit $16,000 giving a total of the amount requested to $47,000 while that of the indirect cost requested salary and fringe benefits amounts to $4,300. These workforces include the project director, project, clinical and academic coordinators, and project evaluator together with the project secretary.
