The aim of this proposal is to illustrate how the department of HR can help Pizza Hut to meet the future strategic objectives in worldwide expansion. The Department of Human Resources will successfully connect the needs, aims and goals of the business and build strong, skilled personnel. Diversity and cultural training in recruitment are HR efforts that will support this endeavor. Using several HR metrics helps to influence and provide ethical training in order to minimize legal risks. Employees are the greatest asset, and the strategic objectives must all be achieved collectively.
The proposal can be implemented by the human resources department through the use the data from a comprehensively conducted skills gap research. Current initiatives for talent development will be revised and a succession plan strategy successfully implemented. In order to make well-informed choices on recruitment, engagement and attraction it will be computed utilizing additional data from the HRIS. The goal of the Human Resources Department will be to promote the Pizza Hut Mission, vision and strategic goals which aid in entering an international market.
The expected outcome of the implementation will enable the employees to polish their knowledge and skills and obtain a clear picture of their strengths and constraints. It will also reduce organization’s weak areas by avoiding repeated mistakes and saves the firm time and money, hence building a competitive advantage. The aims of employees should relate to departmental objectives and the departmental objectives should be related to wider objectives of the organization. I believe that our HR department can play a substantial role in the long-term strategic goals of the business.
