I have five years of working experience in this particular field, where I have been working in different roles in 3 companies, related to customer handling. My experience in the three companies highlighted in my resume has assisted me improve my leadership skills, hone my organizational skills, and has given me an extensive knowledge of how to upsell services and goods to potential clients. While at Landau Jewellery, I worked as a sales intern first, where I cultivated further the useful customer service skills while handling the technical support for the clients on a wide range of the company products. During my working there, I was able to resolve issues at a 90% rate and memorize a whole line of company products and services, including their prices and exclusive discounts.
