The projects to carry out a worldwide vaccination programme will include a broad range of individual projects from IT to Engineering ranging in value from £1M to £100M. The Eron Task Foundation Inc has no in-house Project Managers; and all the work in the period 2022-2027 will be contracted out to The Consultant. The coursework is carried out in groups and I can't set the groups until people have finalised their options so until week 21] but there is plenty to do. You can make sure you know and understand the coursework. Your exact role will be decided by your team [group]. The groups will be finalised and released by Bb on Friday in Week 21 i.e. 10 February 2023. This is not an essay. Questions or queries on the assignment can be posted at the Blackboard Discussion board created for that purpose.

Submission: Deadline 1700hrs 28th April 2023 at Blackboard. You can submit at ANY time, but the deadline is 28th April . You have to make an individual submission via Turnitin and your group has to make a group submission via Bb Assignment tool. Return: Depends on numbers; but hopefully in week 35. amongst the submissions. Experience tells me that students enjoy reading each other’s comments; and they benefit too. Please take some time to read the posts. If you do not post anything I cannot award any marks. I have put some discussion threads up for week 20 ; these are by way of introduction, they are not assessed. Peter Fenn 21st Jan 2023
