· Describes the project's topic, resources reviewed, and conclusions of each article. Summarizes the principal findings of the research and their relevance to the project's proposed outcomes.

· In other words an annotated bibliography with a brief summary of key findings under each reference.

· Articles should be selected that will be helpful in your identified QI project topic to help you determine recommendations for ‘tests of change’ to achieve the desired QI project outcome.

· Please include the Quality Improvement Project Proposal Title on the top of document (to help instructor readily recall your project topic and intended improvement outcome).

· This paper should be at least 2 pages in length and include a cover page and reference page with links to all researched articles. Be sure to use APA format.
