In this project you will explore, visualize, and develop insights from a dataset containing housing sales information from Ames, Iowa.

Project Tasks

YOUR PRIMARY PROJECT DELIVERABLE IS A POWERPOINT PRESENTATION. THE PRESENTATION SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN TEN SLIDES. THE DISTRIBUTION OF SLIDES BY TASK IS PROVIDED BELOW. THE TEN SLIDE COUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE A TITLE SLIDE.

1. Your first task is to simply explore the data. It is possible that this dataset is not from an area of your personal expertise, so you must take some time to understand and research what the data is. YOU SHOULD CREATE NO MORE THAN TWO SLIDES WITH A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE DATA. This overview should be sufficient to familiarize someone with the data.

2. Identify variables that appear to be strong predictors of "Sale_Price" (this variable is to the far right side of the spreadsheet). Create at least four appropriate visualizations to show the relationships between your selected variables and "Sale_price". YOU SHOULD CREATE NO MORE THAN FIVE SLIDES WITH YOUR VISUALIZATIONS.

3. Use your work from the first two tasks to develop a predictive model to predict "Sale_Price".  This may be a challenging task. You should select your variables carefully. Create the best model that you can. YOU SHOULD CREATE NO MORE THAN TWO SLIDES DESCRIBING YOUR MODEL.

4. Create ONE summary slide summarizing your work and conclusions.
