I am a hard-working professional person who enjoys the challenge of both leading, creating and managing Health Programs that benefit the First Nations and their communities. This is applied through my work ethic, skills and attribute to match the organizations Value and Mission statement. I believe this provides direction that motivates to get the best out of the team and I . This helps with completing projects from start to finish to a high standard.

Being a novice in leadership, I am learning new skills to help motivate my team; enhance on line communication by regular weekly check in’s via zoom to find out how they are doing, hear about work status on work projects, provide guidance and feedback Most importantly praise them with the work that’s being done with that fact that we are working through a global pandemic.
