So im doing a presentation and my part is porter generic strategy and to apply this model on Shell oil company

I have done the differentiation part but I need to do the cost leadership in the industry wide and focus cost in a particular segment I need 2 relevant information for each one like 2 point to put in the presentation slided with some additional information

Should be small points I just need to have 2 relevant point for the cost and focus cost
