This portion of the Corporate Report project is worth 28 points . This is an update of your stock portfolio and a news article summary of your focus company.

Section I - Portfolio Analysis

· Introductory Paragraph: How is your portfolio doing?

Include things like: What has been your strategy? Are you pleased with your investments return? What stocks have you changed? What would you do different? Your overall perception of investing in the stock market.

· Chart: Update your stock prices on a chart with the following columns:

Company Name # of Shares Original Cost per share Current Price per share Total Value (per company)

Include a Total Portfolio Value

Section II – Focus Company News Article summary:

Select a current article concerning your focus company project from any business periodical. Your source should NOT be from the company (press release, etc. ).

This should be typed in the following FORMAT:

I. Title of article, author, date, periodical source.

II. Summarize the article.

III. Give at least 2 concepts from your Financial Management textbook that relate to the article with the text page numbers. Define the concepts and explain how they relate to the article

IV. State your overall perception about the company from this article and your general observations.
