OLCU 681 Week 8 Assignment and Rubric
Due: Week 8 by Wednesday Midnight
Value: 100 Points for 10% of the grade
Post: Week 8 Assignments being certain to make the portfolio public so the instructor can access it.
As a student in the Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) program, you have created artifacts including papers and presentations of learning throughout your studies. As the final assignment of the MAOL capstone, prepare an electronic portfolio that demonstrates your learning and mastery of organizational leadership.
E-Portfolios
Electronic portfolios enable students to gather and present their professional and academic artifacts and reflections as they complete the MAOL program. To create your professional portfolio that summarizes, synthesizes and presents your credentials throughout and beyond the MAOL program, access Career Link, free software provided by Brandman University.
The electronic portfolio will include diverse artifacts, examples and reflections illustrating your mastery of organizational leadership. Students are encouraged to edit and revise previously submitted assignments to reflect instructor feedback and guidance. Commentary should include a brief overview of the course for which the artifact or file was created, and a description of why and how the item demonstrates achievement of a critical organizational leadership competency.
The electronic portfolio due Wednesday of week 8 of OLCU 681 should include a variety of assignments, presentations and/or projects from MAOL core and elective course that you feel appropriate. At a minimum your portfolio must include an executive summary, resume, and three or more examples of coursework from the list below that reflect your academic accomplishments.
