Nakanoshima could be simply one example in your dissertation. So, if I ask you: How are you going to deliver this objective? If your answer I will use the one paper cited, this would not be enough for your dissertation.

3. To find out the effects of operational carbon on business operations in Nakanoshima area. Comment by Mohamad Kassem: See my previous comment. And how this objective is different from the previous one.

4. To find out the technological deployment that can be used in commercial buildings to reduce the emission of operational carbon. Comment by Mohamad Kassem: This objective is the only one that is suitable.
