In this video, Olivia Remes discusses her idea of Anxiety Disorder and how to cope with it. Olivia Remes discusses the symptoms of Anxiety disorder such as restlessness and fear.

She discusses medication and psychotherapy as treatment ideas for Anxiey disorder. With Anxiety affecting 1 out of 14 people around the world, it is one of the most prevalent mental health disorders.

There are 3 ways Olivia Remes recommends coping with Anxiety. The first coping mechanism she discusses is having control of your life. Having control of your life can make it easier to start and finish something.

The second coping strategy she gives is to forgive yourself. Anxiety can cause you to blame yourself constantly, causing stress and even more anxiety. Learning to forgive yourself can make you support yourself and

move on through the decisions that anxiety has made you choose. Last but not least is having a purpose and meaning in life. This powerful coping mechanism helps to remind you that you matter. Doing something with that in mind

and someone else in mind can help get through anything. Volunteering and keeping someone else in mind can give a purpose to someone who thinks there is nothing to live for. This can improve mental health expedentionally.

This is the idea I am interested the most, as it deals with the most people and I see this through multiple people daily.
