· Write about the experience you have gained by working on the organization and what you learned about your colleges

· Write about new skills such as (report writing) or tools that learned to use

· Write about the problems and challenges you have faced while training in the organization

· What are the difficulties you faced in each task and how you dealt with it.

· Write how solve some problems or the solution worked or not.

· For each objective indicates weather you achieve or did not archive the objective then describe the evidence demonstrate your achievement

· If you believe that objective did not achieved explain why for your conclusion.

· Identify the strength and weaknesses for your coop

· Suggest changes that you would have to improve your learning experience

· List some recommendations that you think helpful for improving coop program
