SECTION II: COOP PROGRESS (Please write-in the description in the expandable space given)

List of major tasks/projects and responsibilities you have been assigned to (Evidence showcasing the work performed to be enclosed in separate file).

1- Reorganize employee's papers in the files (Take one week). 2- Make new files for new employees and conclusion of contracts. 3- Take the necessary procedures to renew the medical insurance cards.(Remaining departments) 4- Fill out the hospital document for the comprehensive examination and attach a personal picture to each employee.(Remaining employees). 5- Work on the Oasys system (Add new information for employees such as number of iqama and passport). 6- Rewrite new notes for housekeeping to distributed to guests rooms , print and cut it. 7- Add the information of the business cards for the guests on the Excel sheet. 8- Print flags for all nationalities of employees who works on the hotel to celebrate. 9- Work on the payroll of the employees. 10- Thermal packaging some cards for employees. 11- Work on the warning forms for some employees. (Those who are late for attendance and absent without excuses). 12- Redesign papers names on the files drawer

List of experiences/skills gained

Mastering use of Gosi and Muqeem sites. Organize time and effort. Improve my daily managerial practice. Improve listening and conversation skills. Ability to take more than one task in same time. How reporting and forms.

Problems or challenges faced in achieving your daily tasks and your attempted solutions

1- In the last period there is a lot of heavy work and task, I tried to organize my effort and time to be more flexible while I did my work. 2- There is a lot of writing reports and forms that requires me writing skills and experience, in the beginning I didn't have enough skill to write all of this things. I tried to improve my skills to be more professional.

Implementation progress of contribution(s)

After researching about the suitable solutions for the diversity problems in the Holiday Inn, I founde some solution. Such as placement manager of diversity. Otherwise, HR department can make a contract with any training company to train employees about to respect each other and how to deal with other culture.
