Duties:

· Assists the property book officer in the mission of accounting for every item belonging to the unit.

· Responsible for the request, receipt, issue, and accountability of individual, organizational, installation, and expendable supplies and equipment.

Achievement:

As Supply Sergeant, I conducted two consecutive change of command with government property and equipment worth over 36 millions respectively without any loss of financial liability to my troop due to my system of property accountability put in place for example conducting series of supply management and property accountability training to various Hand Receipts holders in terms of property management. Additionally, because of these training conducted, Hand receipt holders were able to properly account and recover over $246,000 worth of component shortages. And because of effective supply mechanism initiated by me, my troop Supply Readiness within the Regiment went to an S1 which overall represent equipment readiness .
