1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Our client Mr Andrew Cowen (Andy) requires from us a report and a presentation about his new wearable non-invasive baby (0-24 months) product which remotely monitors the baby’s vital signs which can be used for diagnosis.

The product will initially be available for lease or sale in United Kingdom with the plan of expanding to Australia, Canada, USA and other countries.

My proposal to him is to give a detailed research on the demographics of people in Australia and help him better understand about the receiving of the product Puffin by the Australian moms.

My group has a strength of doing a detailed research as we have been tutored in Research Management in the University and have acquired flying colour grades. We will be allocating set number of hours to each member in our group to gain in depth knowledge by their research.

2. Introduction

Our client Andy with whom we had a zoom meeting 2 weeks ago is introducing a non-invasive wearable product called Puffin for babies from 0-24 months. It is a medical precision instrument which when synced with the MyPuffin App (subscription needed) on the mother’s phone will show real time data of baby’s vital signs as the product when worn by the baby will remotely monitor the signs and can be used to provide an accurate on-demand diagnosis. The product will be launched in United Kingdom on lease or on sale.

Description of customers business and principle issues or requirements

3. Consultant Credentials

Company or consultant description, targeted at this particular requirement

Each person in your team’s background – 1 – 2 sentences

4. Project Details

This may require several sections depending on the scope of the project. Try to keep paragraphs to a reasonable length (no more than a third of a page long) and don’t go in for too many levels of sub-heading, any more than 3 levels of heading is very difficult to read. Use bulleted or number lists and tables to set points out clearly.

5. COST ESTIMATE

Just estimate hours, don't include pricing.

6. Project Plan

Set out when tasks will be done and by whom – make sure that any client responsibilities are clearly identified, with deadlines. Similarly check that deadlines for any deliverables, such as reports, designs etc, are identified here.
