Considerations for Outsourcing

Introduction: In light of budget reductions, there is consideration that outsourcing services such as food services, support services (counseling and testing) and related services for Special Education students, may be cost effective.

Instructions: In a Venn Diagram, identify the major considerations that must be reviewed as the decision of whether to outsource or not to outsource such services is made. Make sure to include a reference page for any sources used.
