I Drake Johnson the Chief Executive Officer of the New Era Energy Incorporation would wish to invite you in this organizational research that am carrying out. The research involves everyone in the company from the management to the support staff as this will be essential in understanding our company better. This is meant to provide a brief but precise information about the kind of people are running the company and the impact that they have both positively and negatively. The main topic is basically; understanding the company’s efficiency. This exercised is related to my aim of making this company the best energy company in the country in terms of providing clean, safe and sustainable energy as well as maximizing profits while minimizing losses. All the personnel will be required to be fill a seven question questionnaire at the beginning, at the middle and end moth for three months. This research involves no risk at all. The subjects are mandated to provide honest information therein but with the knowledge that their information will under no circumstance be disposed to any other person except the Chief Executive Officer.

With respect to the act of confidentiality, after the research period, all the data shall be destroyed through incineration with no permanent records kept in place.
