Bidco has been faced with the low morale of employees in our company's plan to achieve company goals. This raises a lot of questions about the credibility and efficiency of my people. This led me to lead a working group to determine my personal responsibilities.

My name is Lingyun Feng, and I am a student at CSUSB, I am inviting you to participate in an academic research study. Involvement in this study is voluntary, so you may choose to participate or not. A description of this study follows: This research involves everyone in this company from the management to the support staff. This I meant to mainly provide a brief but precise information about the management running the company and their impacts on the working staff either positively or negatively. The main aim is basically to improve the relationship between workers and the management. I am interested in learning more about (Bidco has always faced the problem of low morale). My learning objectives are related to my formal educational pursuits. This information will be used in a business proposal for my upper- division writing class, "Management 306: Expository Writing for Administration" during the (CSUSB Summer 2018).
This work also involves maximizing profits by maintaining workers, enabling Bidco to get back on track, improve company morale and better serve the company. All personnel will be required to complete 10 question questionnaires for mid-month and end of the month for a period of 10 days. There are NO risks involved while participating in this study. (Any research that involves risk, of any kind, to the subject, CANNOT take place.)
If you no longer wish to continue, you have the right to withdraw from the study, without penalty, at any time. All information for this study will be kept ，The subjects are mandated to provide an honest information therein, with the knowledge that their information will not be disposed to any other person apart from the Human Resource Manager.
I have been assured that the information I provide in this study will be destroyed after the researcher consolidates data. There will be no permanent record of my participation in this study.
